Lol yeh I did the online part but not set the app part yet but have the incentive in my account, it was on my to do list.
Have now set the app up.

I just meant it was an either/or, so not having logged into the app shouldn't prevent you from getting the benefit

Seems like most people who got the text, have now received the bonus enjoy the extra money guys, it might be the last switch bonus for quite a while.

I applied in Feb and mine was completed 19th March but it didnt come through until yesterday. i gave up keep looking and just checked now.......received on 14th May which was my Birthday

I had the text but mine didn't come though until 14th May......my Birthday so very happy 
I agree, no more switches for probably years!! banking isn't going to be the same for some years

I upgraded my select account to a reward account. It's disconcerting not being able to see DD's until the first payment has been taken.

Mine was transferred on the 24 March, no text or payout. But like your the deadline was 5 June.

I am in a similar situation. I opened my account and started the switching process in branch on March 19th and complied with all other obligations re the transfer and logging in.

I have had no text or reward payed yet, however the Ts & Cs do say it will be paid by June 5th, so I will wait till then till I chase it up.

oh thats annoying that some of you haven't received it yet. i guess all those that got the text about paying in early have received their £175
