Can I ask when you all switched? My switch completed on the 16th March, did the transfer in and out and logged on the to app.
I think it was up to the 5th June payout for the bonus when I applied.

21st Feb was when my switch was completed.

Started the switch late feb and it was completed March 4th.
Didn't manage to login on the app though

Lol yeh I did the online part but not set the app part yet but have the incentive in my account, it was on my to do list.
Have now set the app up.

Switch completed on 2nd March. Bonus paid into my account at about 6.30pm today.

I just meant it was an either/or, so not having logged into the app shouldn't prevent you from getting the benefit

I have had no text or payment but then did not expect to as I have had it previously.
I wanted the reward account this time .
