the surveys are pretty long, and very monotonous and sometimes you think to hell with this for a poxy pound.

And becarful when you request your payout, the email you log in with and the email for your paypal MUST be the same. Or you'll lose all your money like I did, and they dont bothered to email you back when you ask about it.

On the whole, pretty crap, but ok for a few pounds here and there
  • They pay you by Paypal and 115 points is the equivalent of £1.

If you click on the "Shop" link on your account page it tells you there what you can get with your rewards.

Mine aren't, and I've never had a problem.

Though no-one can go back and make a brand-new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand-new ending.

  • Used to be 100 points = £1 but they upped it. Cheeky sods

Pay pal won't take a cut if the amount you are withdrawing is over£25

I too recently joined Lightspeed Surveys and few questions in my mind....

I have 135 entries to prize draw. But I could not see when are the results of these prize draws....????? I could not see it on site.

I did not get the points for 2/3 surveys. When I emailed them, they say if the points are missing, they will check it manually and add but it will take time....????????? Do they really add the points.....????????

    Has it happened to someone....??

    Any help is much appreciated,
    Thanks,
    idlesaver.
  • Ive been with them a while and done about 4 surveys and earned 4 pounds straight to paypal which I left in until Id done enough ebay stuff to withdraw £50. Poxy for the number of questions you have to wade through, and often the surveys are very very repetitive and monotonous as someone here has already mentioned. They are rarely laid out in an interesting way, and the click boxes are usually tiny so you have to squint at your screen as you trawl through hundreds of options to tick or not tick. Finally, I was doing one a few nights ago, the site was slow, eventually crashed and my whole pc closed down. We couldnt get it back up and running, and have been told that our hard drive is now corrupted and we cannot get anything back. Very very upset and sad and will not be using Lightspeed again - cant say for certain it was their survey that caused the problem, but just seemed odd as we had been using the pc all day for other stuff that was no problem. SIGH.
Feel free to thank me, it makes my toes tingle and my ears go warm :T
