I ordered some money on Friday and i got an e-mail the same day and should get money within about a week.

I have mixed feelings about Lightspeed. I was doing OK with them and didn't find the surveys were taking too long. But since April I had not one survey and they weren't contacted me about the mini-polls or quick matches either. I kept contacting them and was told I will be contacted when surveys are available, this went on until last week when I got a different reply. They
actually decided to look at my account and their system detected a minor technical error with it, so it was no longer fully active. TheyI have now fully re-activated my account so should receive survey soon
The strange bit is I could still log in to my account and view my balance etc.
I'm glad they have sorted it out, but why didn't they look at my account when I contacted them the first time.
Hopefully this will mean I can start earning points again, get some vouchers and start saying that they are one of my fave companies again.

I've noticed the surveys seem to be a lot shorter recently, and only take about 10 mins-ish for 110 pts, so maybe they've took action following all the complaints about them being too long and repetitive?

As with all survey sites, it seems that the number of points rewarded for doing a survey has decreased and the number of points needed to claim a payment has increased. But don't get me started!

I find that if I log in with Lightspeed during the day and complete some of their short opinion surveys I often receive an invitation to do a survey. Although I'm not always accepted.

I like Lightspeed though because they have a good range of vouchers and would definitely recommend them.
