Your not the only one.
I keep getting a frozen page, usually just before the end.
i also contacted Lauren and begged for a reply as she normally doesn't bother. I was told that the problem had been passed on and ..that was it:rolleyes: no chance to redo the survey, no points.
I'm using IE , but i've only been having problems in the last 4-5 weeks.:mad:

I've just had a survey freeze on me and I'm soooo close to earning enough for a decent paypal reward.

I've been having problems too, surveys freezing part-way through. It doesn't matter what browser you use, I've had problems with both Firefox and IE.

As for emailing Lauren, even when she does respond you get a standard email response that doesn't answer the question. So there's no point really.

Not fair really is it when they're getting our opinions for free:mad:

Thank goodness it's not just me then!

I have missed out on two surveys - one yesterday and one today. I did get a reply to one of the e-mails I sent to Lauren but it was pretty generic and needless to say I don't have the points in my account.

I do hope they read this and realise there is a fault and get it fixed ASAP.

That said, i've just completed a survey without any problems so maybe its been a glitch thats now sorted.

Oh good its not just me then!!

Its been driving me insane the last 6 surveys have been exactly the same!! its so frustrating thats like £4 down the toilet!

I got to the end of my first one in about 20 (either bumped as not suitable or errors...) yesterday. Emails to Lauren always get a standard response, so much so that I think "Lauren" doesn't exist, and it's just a name to make them seem less faceless!

I do hope they get any technical problems sorted out as they're reliable (if sometimes slow) payers.

I have been having the same problems too, also emailed Lauren and got a generic response, fed up with it now and thinking of just knocking it on the head, onepoll is much better

Well I got another survey today and it worked fine! :j

On Firefox I might add :D

Hopefully they have seen this and fixed whatever it was that was wrong with it!
