I have been having problems too, mainly pages not loading and just appearing as a white page. It has happened on about half of the surveys. I just got a bog standard response too which is not helpful. Sometimes refreshing works but on the whole it just bumps the survey off. I go in via AOL.

Me too - I usually use Firefox, it's just been in the last fortnight or so where there have been problems and even using IE hasn't helped - to me this indicates that the problem is at their end, not ours.

Finally managed to get enough points for my Amazon voucher, though I think I might knock this one on the head soon.

I'm getting so fed up with them. I'll get two or three surveys one day that work properly and that I can actually complete. Then I'll have about three weeks of being screened out or the surveys not working!

Dammit! I want my graphics tablet! I need to save £250 in Amazon vouchers though!

I used to get several surveys from Lightspeed every week, but since Oct 08, I haven't received one single invite?

Weird?

Has anyone else had this issue??

I've completed number of surveys since Oct but Jan nothing. It may be due to the fact that I complained about credit not paid. It could be due to your profile that you are not receiving surveys who knows. I wonder if they stop sending surveys after you are registered for so long?

I've had one email with survey link but no survey on the website for me to click.
Then had one email with survey. I took survey to be told not wanted for it but gave me 10 prize draw entries

Same has happened to me, my account is still active and Ive been in and checked all my account details are correct, updated one or two but still nothing has come through, if I log in I can still do the QM's etc but no paying surveys. I did try emailling them but have had no response, annoyingly enough I'd only need one more survey (at the current rates Ive read about 50ish points) to withdraw and close the whole blinkin account.
