Lightspeed Paid Surveys Discussion Thread (Merged)

Can anyone please tell me how this works? I get credited with points that I can get prize draw entries with, but do I need to do anything? Or do they just transform into entries by themselves? I can't see how to exchange them. Anyone know please?

Lightspeed draw entries are completely automatic. I've had a few Amazon vouchers this way, although they never actually tell you that they're the result of winning - they just appear in my inbox.

I completed quite a few of their surveys over about a year and never won anything. In the end I decided they were getting a lot from me for nothing and gave up.

Been doing their surveys for over a year. I've had lots of surveys and have earned a good lot of points, but have never won the prize draw.

Hi, I was wondering how you sign up to Lightspeed Surveys, I am searching for them on Google and going to their website but I can't see anywhere to actually sign up!

Please reassure me that I'm not being monumentally thick?!

Hey, i'm not really sure if i've posted this in the right place.
Has anybody else had any problems getting into lightspeed rewards?, recently it has started asking for a username and password when trying to get in, i've never been given either for perks plus.
I'm just trying to see if anybody else has had this problem.

I've not had a problem, but I don't usually use the rewards tab.
From the home page (once I've logged in with email and password) I click on Lightspeed points account and from there on to enter shop. Even if you have no points to spend you can have a look at all the rewards from there.

I can log into the lightspeed site itself and take part in surveys...it's just when I try to log into the perksplu part of the account it asks for a username and password but when I enter the information i use to log into the first part of the account it says the information is incorrect.

It's really starting to annoy me now, such a buggy site, and the customer service is non-existent. lol

just tried to see if i could log on and it says i dont exist!! havnt heard from them in a while so maybe i was deleted im going to look into it and see whats going on
