Hi, I am a newbie to the forums and just thought I'd check out Lightspeed but they are not taking any new registrations via the website or referrals at the moment.

hi i'm new to this forum so hope this is the right place etc

i've been with lightspeed a while and realised that i had enough points for two of the £5 paypal credits :cheesy:

however, ten days or so on and i haven't received any funds into my account

i got a confirmation email from 'perksplus' when i placed my order saying the funds would be loaded to my account within 'a few business days' but nothing's turned up

just wondered if anyone else has had similar problems with this reward scheme?? does it usually take a while to process or should i contact them??

hi lena, i had this problem so e mailed them and they said there were a few glitches and it was soon sorted so hang on in there

same thing happened to me 2 weeks ago... got payment yesterday!!! Agree with yorksbabe - hang in there - they do pay!!!

They can take a while, but they've never not paid up for me. Don't worry yet. And they seem to be honest and clear about any problems, so hopefully they will be sorted out soon.

Mine took around 10 days. I didn't actually get an e-mail notifying me of payment, it just appeared in paypal.

Hi. I joined LightSpeed last week, and used my points from the first couple of surveys to convert to PayPal credit and I've been waiting since the 8th for the money to arrive in my account. I've had the order confirmation email, but not the second email to say that my funds are ready.

I'll post here when (if?) it gets credited to my account.

I have belonged to Lightspeed for a couple of years & payment (usually to Paypal) has been quick.
However, I received an e-mail telling me I had won £25 in the March draw & have not received it or had reply to my latest e-mail about non delivery.
Interesting also that I haven't received any surveys to complete recently.
Has anyone else experience of not receiving prize winnings?
