I've got no problems loggin into the lightspeed part of the site itself, it's just the perks section to enter the shop you need to log into perksplus and it's impossible.

I've tried emailing the imaginary "Lauren" and have even emailed perks.com, who replied two weeks ago saying they would contact me by telephone to try and resolve the problem....no contact since.

It's frustrating, I save my points up for a couple of months and then use them to pay off something. currently have about 2000 points, which makes it even more annoying.

    Such a buggy site.

Im not sure what you mean by the perksplu part?
I do the same as Mrs Bartolozzi and it works every time.
Log in,go to lightspeedpointsaccount, click enter the shop and it takes you to the perksplus page.
Make sure you are using the links on the lightspeed page to get there. I notice the second(folder) part of the perks page address says ,perksplusv2 so if you have it bookmarked in your browser,it might just be a different link now.

Perksplus action all payments on behalf of Lightspeed, when you log into Lightspeed...you click on the Lightspeed points account, click enter shop and then you will be taken to the Perksplus section, which is where the trouble is.

Are you not prompted to enter a username/password MrsBartolozzi ?

  • I have, I only registered a couple of weeks ago and I already have 520 points, I can click through to the shop without any problems too.

I dont get asked a second time to log in scarlet07 ,it just goes to the perksplus page when I click on the go to the shop button.

Anyone not getting any surveys, try going on the site and answering the little surveys on the members page as they use them to filter possible survey candidates.

    That's so strange! I wonder why i'm being prompted for a username/password.
A few people i know who use the site have been prompted for it also, but not all have had trouble logging in...I supppose it is just a case of waiting for the useless "lauren" to reply to my emails.
