Next day delivery not arrived

I think looking at the ebuyer web site, to get delivery close to £30, it'd have to be a 45kg laptop!!! [my maths might be off]
Was it an item you bought on finance (you mention approval), maybe it takes time to process this paperwork
I've not used ebuyer for a few years now, but they used to be helpful if you rang them0 -
Yeah, again I’ve no idea why my one was so much. Maybe because it’s so specialist? Anyway payed it my debit, no finance and again everything got done more or less straight away. Tried ringing up earlier and got a response of ‘well what do you want us to do?’ and that I won’t be eligible for a refund but I guess it might be different if I ring someone else. Did try ringing at 5 when I was getting really nervous and got told it was closed and they’re open to 6 so think that sums up their customer services.tehone said:I think looking at the ebuyer web site, to get delivery close to £30, it'd have to be a 45kg laptop!!! Have you got your new laptop yet?
You still have not posted a link to the laptop that you are waiting for.
Also you mention Ebuyer as the firm you paid 2 grand to for this laptop and other posters an myself can not see the £30 delivery fee you paid on that web site.
Did you buy from Ebuyer or ebaystores.Ebuyer ?

No I haven’t, no attempt at delivery has been made, no ‘sorry we missed you’ card, and the website says it’s due to arrive ‘on time’ for the 13th.Boohoo said:

I found the one but the forums won’t let me post links. I assume I have to do so many posts. Hence why I’ve omitted the link from your one.
It was on the Ebuyer website.0 -

It will if you make it look like it isn't a link e.g. stick in some spaces.JosephBarker said:
