I have asked Solicitors to supply drop box link or confirm they will download a We transfer - I will do the same with the court.

1. Parking Charge of £100 if not paid within etc etc - reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days. 
2. Next letter - pay £100 now or it will be £160.
( Do these figures mean I need to delete the "double" reference from WS).

No, why would you do that?  But I was right, the parking charge was £100, not £50.

In order to provide them with my Witness Statement and Exhibits and Costs. You said I have to send them this information. 
I have video, jpgs, documents and the pdfs to send to the solicitors and then to the court. 
If they for some reason are a company that do not download documents like the BBC for instance from links inside emails then they can claim or may not get the WS and so on. 
I assume that I do not send defence as well or do I?

May I please just check - I am sending the following to the scammer solicitors.
1. Defence and Exhibits
2. Witness Statement and Exhibits
3. Summary Assessment of costs.

Everything that you send to the court (file) you must also send to the claimant (serve) - doesn't matter what it is - this is so they cannot accuse you of ambushing them in court (even if it is a telephone hearing).  There are no exhibits with defences, only with witness statements.

I am not convinced a Court will download a WeTransfer.
