A SAR will never ever ever give you pictures of the sigs, given they are not your personal data.
They have 30 days to respond to a SAR, so if they met that it is by definition reasonable.
You will get their bundle according to the courts Orders. When is that?3 -
I was rather assuming the o/p could visit or ask his chums to email photos across.
It is a point of contention that the claimant in these cases alleges breach of contract but never provides details of it until immediately before the hearing.3 -

Ask them for it at the outset. Keep on asking for it. If they refuse, surely this can go against them in court. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2 -
Hello 30 days past a long time ago. No evidence pack was provided. I have email correspondence chasing that and also my subsequent email to them stating that their offer to provide it "after" the due date of expected defence filing would not be acceptable. I'd rather not chat to them at all any more if I am honest, they have lawyers and probably know what thy are doing.. I have you lot.0

So have you chased up their DPO abotu your SAR? If so, what did they say? What offer are you talking about? Have you filed your defence by the due date?2

WOW: Off to a hearing it is then.
I have now heard and received a confirmation date of October for a hearing for this case.
Looks as though the claimant has paid their hearing fee to the court for that to go ahead.
No other information or bundle was provided by the claimant to this date.
The Small Claims hearing is said to be 2 hours long. Jesus!

If/when you have received the scammer's WS and Exhibits, please post it in it's entirety here for the regulars to pick over. Only redact your personal data. Hold off from sending your WS as long as possible in the hope that you receive theirs first and can comment upon it, but obviously do not miss your filing deadline.
Please answer the questions asked by nosferatu immediately before your last post.

In addition, what is your deadline to file a WS and exhibits? It will be on the hearing notice.3

1. My defence was filed before the due date.
2. The scammers emailed me back after the due date to file defence in relation to SAR after first declining. I stated that as the cut-off date had passed there was little point in continuation on that route.
However I note a new ZIP file was on one of their emails, again submitted to me after my defence submission date. I had the enclosed "evidence" was sent to me after asking 3 times from their DPO.
3. I am not sure on WS and Exhibits are.
This was not an edit my end!

3) well look at your hearing notice! it WILL tell you the timespan before the hearing when documents must be in. You MUST check this. If it is not clear, post up a copy of your allocation of hearing.3
