Very strange - I keep getting notifications from a thread that I don't think I have ever posted on - I wonder why? Is there any way to stop it?
Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time

To change your notification settings in our shiny new Forum, please go to account options button in the top right hand corner once you're logged in and select 'edit profile'.From here, go to 'notification preferences' on the left-hand side list and you can select if you would prefer an email, pop-up or no notification.
