    1600s according to the local history info..... sadly the old deeds no longer exist.

  • 2 years.  Always said I wouldn't buy a new build but location location with this one!  In a village I have always wanted to live in and was cheaper than the resale houses for sale.

    Build around 1600 I am told by the surveyor so about 420years old.
