Following on from the letter to the court my daughter Received a “general  form of judgment  or order “ from the county court stating
    ”It is ordered that
1/The Claimant (Horizon Park) do pay the Defendant’s court fee of £215 by 4pm on 16th February 2021”
It was not paid and heard nothing from Horizon.
    No other correspondence included.
where does she go from here?
She has emailed the court that nothing was paid.. she would have received a cheque we presume as they have no bank details etc .
    As yet no reply

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • I have not as yet but will check out your link thanks Umkomaas. As it is such a small amount I reckon they are hoping the court will not chase it up maybe. I have written to the court to ask what to do next?

The court won't chase up. You do so, using the tools available.
  • Really? What is the point of them issuing an order then? I don’t understand. I looked on the website on the link but not sure what We can do?

Yep, send Horizon a final warning of a Warrant of Control and give them your bank details to pay you.  Sort code, name, account number and Bank is OK.
