  • And if it isnt obvious - if you do have to issue a WoC, which costs about £60 last I looked, you add that cost to their bill.

    Just to say thanks to all the guys and gals on here for the amazing help as ever.. you are all stars.
    I did as you suggested and contacted Horizon/Gladstones and voila!!! (I had threatened them with Court Bailiffs if no payment within 7 days)
    paid up...at last Justice done.

    At last!  After all this horrific hassle even after you won and were awarded costs:

    It was not paid and heard nothing from Horizon.
    No other correspondence included.
    where does she go from here? 
    She has emailed the court that nothing was paid.. she would have received a cheque we presume as they have no bank details etc .
