thanks Coupon mad I will do that1

To answer - the point of the Order is your proof that you are owed money. You then tell the court that the Claimant has failed to comply with the order, and issue a Warrant of Control
All judgments like this are led by the "winner" to collect, if you think about it that has to be the way. The court has no idea if you get paid or not6 -
Thanks I was unsure what to do but I will do that2
-
And if it isnt obvious - if you do have to issue a WoC, which costs about £60 last I looked, you add that cost to their bill.3

thanks is that as well as the bailiffs charge?0
-
There is no bailiff charge, as you are under the limit to pass this up to the High Court
Everything you pay to enforce this, following the agreed process, is recoverable from the claimant. Of course it is! They owe you, were ordered to pay, and havent
Hence why you seem reasonable by sending the email giving them 7 days to pay, as already told
THEN warrant, THEN...
Take this one sterp at a time, not 15 ahead5 -

”It is ordered that
1/The Claimant (Horizon Park) do pay the Defendant’s court fee of £215 by 4pm on 16th February 2021”
It was not paid and heard nothing from Horizon.
No other correspondence included.
where does she go from here? She has emailed the court that nothing was paid.. she would have received a cheque we presume as they have no bank details etc .PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
