So just rang the courts after receiving the 'notice of allocation to small claims track (no hearing)' letter, was ringing to get an answer on how to reply and the lady on the phone informed me that the case has been discontinued by the claimant! Result! She told me that most get discontinued in that court now, or thrown out by judges, but there is still a few that lose. 
Thing is, the cheeky swines at BW legal sent me a letter last week offering me a special 'corona discount' AFTER they had already discontinued the case with the courts.

Ask the court for a copy of the discontinuation notice filed by BW Legal, since they failed to serve a copy on you; (maybe it was deliberate!).

It is either deliberate or the sheer incompetence BWLegal suffer from now

Ther is no "counter" claim, there is possible claim
But more I would dob them into the SRA, IF the corona special mentions them continuing lititgaiton or similar.

Check the dates to see if they discontinued before sending the special offer which would amount to attempting to obtain monies by deception.

Complain to the SRA either way, and also complain to the IPC that the claim was obviously vexatious and should never have been brought, as well as the scammers and their scamlicitors not telling you the case was discontinued.

Don't forget the complaint to your MP about this unregulated scam.
