Armtrac/KBT/ BW Legal, LBC ***UPDATE, CLAIM DISCONTINUED****

Thank you! I actually re read that and amended, as i agree it does sound pretty bad. I've also added another point from another armtrac fluttering ticket case in cornwall, written by on.wheels on a recent thread.
- The poor adhesive on the ticket is within control of the claimant, who must be well well aware of the problem, which has become known as “fluttering tickets”. Because the profit from drivers misfortune caused by their own tickets inability to withstand the weather, it is averred that this claimant wilfully failed to address this issue (e.g by adding a stronger adhesive backing to the ticket which would withstand higher temperatures).
- The Claimant’s sign on entry have vague/hidden terms and a mix of small font, unreadable from a passing vehicle at a distance of over 10 feet (safely), with no signs on the other exits of the car park which are only accessible on foot. Meaning that if anybody who chose not to leave the carpark out of the only entrance, but by the several other exits, they would not be aware of the alleged ‘contract’.
Thanks again!

UPDATE
So just rang the courts after receiving the 'notice of allocation to small claims track (no hearing)' letter, was ringing to get an answer on how to reply and the lady on the phone informed me that the case has been discontinued by the claimant! Result! She told me that most get discontinued in that court now, or thrown out by judges, but there is still a few that lose.
Thing is, the cheeky swines at BW legal sent me a letter last week offering me a special 'corona discount' AFTER they had already discontinued the case with the courts.
Thank you everyone for your help!4 -
They sent that after?
Thats a complaint tothe SRA, especially if it made mention of settling a court claim theyd already gotten rid of...5 -

I've just found the letter, must have been a different one i threw out, the letter was dated 9th june, 4 days after they discontinued with the courts. Is there a counter claim here? Im going to complain the SRA, but would love to give them a taste of their own.1
