Thank you for the guag loan😘, roundtuit. I stashed it away for this morning. 
Friends came round for dinner last night.  Most of the clearing up was done before bed, and we washed the few glasses etc this morning. I’ve stripped the spare bed and run the bedding through the wm, sorted the clean washing and none of it needed ironing.  Result.  Order was restored to the newly performing spare room, but now DH is back on his Man Build Shelves mission.
I’ve cleaned the bathroom and the downstairs loo, s&s ensuite, dusted and primped the dining room. I haven't stretched as far as getting the vacuum cleaner out though...
My next plan was to do a load of shredding, but the shredder appears to be dead.

Dailies done, quickly hoovered through, had a bath and DH has just made lunch.  Rest of say will be reading until the dogs come back at teatime.

Laundry done, cake baked, dog walked, living room cleaned, me and DD are now showered and in PJs. DS at my mums for a few days. Ive taxed the car for another 6 months, and done some cleaning for a friend. She has an Air BnB rental and needed someone to clean it, I need the money, so win win. An extra £30 in my pocket. Thankfully DDs other granny has offered to buy her some new school shoes which is a big help. Xx
