County court claim, what to do now?

Just do as it states in 2) in the letter. You could use something like this: -Nor do you feel that a hearing 'on the papers' would be acceptable because parking charge cases are those where the Claimants have the advantage of legal representation and always file an overwhelming bundle of irrelevant photos and 'evidence' by way of last minute ambush, that only a true witness who knows the car park, can expose at a hearing, given that fair opportunity. As such, the court and Claimant are asked to note that your preference would be a face-to-face hearing in person later in the year, after the current crisis is over, in which case you will provide the court with hard copies in good time before such a hearing.
which was posted by @Coupon-mad as part of the telephone hearings thread OR you could search the forum for similar "on the papers" issues and the answers given, again by @Coupon-mad.

As for your question , ask the court , not us , only they might know that answer , although it's a reasonable assumption to make3

It tells you you can object to a hearin gon paper. Obviously you want to do this, as a paper hearing is a massive disadvantage to you.4

I would say no you do not send any supporting documentation at this time.flateric2002 said:Busy couple of weeks, sending request tomorrow.

In my opinion you should send a clear simple straightforward message that you don't want a hearing 'on the papers' and why. That's all at this stage.
Of course don't miss your 5th August deadline for the other stuff.3 -

On 15th June 2019 I was passenger in ford Mondeo (registration) when it entered the car park at keepmoat stadium.
The entrance way was overgrown in the height of summer in June and the sign at the entrance (ENTRANCE SIGN.jpg taken 31/1/2020) could not be seen at all, as you can see there is a branch straight across, which couldn’t have grown in winter so was obviously there in June (before the claimant tries to claim otherwise)
The charity football match we went to watch was taking place on the pitch marked as “pitch 2” in the “CAR PARK LINE OF SIGHT” picture so we were looking only in that direction ”VIEW FROM ENTRANCE.jpeg”.
I have since been back to look at the supposed “clear signage” and the route we took to the parking space and the obvious direction we would have been looking, we could not have possibly seen the front of ANY sign, just the grey backs (VIEW OF SIGNS.jpg)
We drove directly to the marked space as shown in “CAR PARK ROUTE.jpg” & PARKING SPACE.jpg.

Your exhibits should be given a reference , such as ABC/01 , ABC/02 etc where ABC is your initials
Label each exhibit and use the reference for each one in your witness statement
There should be the new statement of truth added at the bottom , the one from April 20202
