Both , but because they are closed nothing is certain at the moment , even breathing or staying healthy is uncertain
Hence why I clearly stated that you should email both while you can do so , that is what I would do and I never tell others to do something unless I would do it myself1 -

Don't forget to send a copy of your DQ to the claimant too , not just the CCBC
I would email the claimant with the DQ and also post one with a free certificate of posting from the post office
If you think you only send one to the CCBC then you are not studying post #2 of the Newbies thread nor the advice by KeithP0 -
I have also found a 3-page write up about unclear signage (I think it was written by Coupon) expanding on the point about unclear signage. Does anyone think I need to add anything to my defence under items 17 or 18 about this point?
Also, any further feedback on my amendments to item 16 would be appreciated.
Thanks all!0 -

I personally would send your Defence first, by email attachment of course, and then send your completed DQ to the CCBC as an attachment to a separate email.
In my mind I can see a risk in one of the items being missed otherwise.
You will also have the benefit of two auto-receipts - indicating that two documents had been received by the CCBC.3 -
I agree with KeithP, keep it simple , 2 separate emails , the second (the DQ) can be CC to the claimants email2 auto receipts obtained, one task per email1

Why would anything about signs need to be added, given the template more than covers that point just under the red sections in the middle?
I am concerned that the CCBC is closed and whether these emails will be picked up.
Bargepole is currently putting shorter defences in on MCOL instead, just till this crisis is over.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'll try to email my defence and DQ to CCBC and keep an eye on any receipt received, otherwise will try and submit via MCOL. Do you how the DQ can be submitted other than via email?
