What is wrong with my house?

For Andover Its an Average of 129 days on the Market, and a Median of 78 days Both for a Terraced. Average for 3 beds is 130 days.It looks like a collection of small villages on the map so i would think it would take longer than a larger village or town.

House is in lovely condition and ready to move into.
Layout and location might have a few disadvantages compared to other properties - I noticed the following : only one toilet for a house on 3 floors, appliances in the dining area really do suggest its too small for a family, top floor bedroom has little scope for storage and the bathroom is on another floor - its more like an attic playroom than a bedroom and no real hallway so a case of having to always go through the lounge for everything. Location wise it doesn't seem to have facilities nearby only in next town.
These things might reduce the buyer pool who can find better value or better laid out 3 beds but its still a nice house so its probably price and/or waiting for the right buyer (which is possibly one that only needs 2 beds but likes the extra space)0 -
It looks like an MoD estate. Some potential buyers will be put off buying a house by a military base

It`s overpriced, and credit markets are flashing red off the back of the China worries, people are rightfully hesitant at the moment of making big debt purchases, drop the price and some interest could appear though.0
