They lost 2 direct debits on transfer.
Their website is not at all user friendly - too many passwords.
I pay a standing order to an A&L credit card they have sent me 2 letters telling me that I have the reference number for the credit card wrong - I haven't.
People in branch usual attitude of why are you bothering us when there is a machine outside for paying money in?
Person on phone within a month trying to sell me a mortgage and asking me why I hadn't visited my local branch in a town I never venture into?
Back to Halifax I think!
