Did those signs contain 300 plus words in very small print? If so did you read them? If so how long did it take?

Do you think that it is a reasonable expectationon their part that you read and understands such a compendium befiore parking your car? I doubt that many judges would. Read theses

Ive had a read through, sadly the signs where I was are at a viewable level, at a service station late in the evening; already complained to landowner Didnt seem to care and would rather an accident on the motorway apparently.

Signs on a back wall that were not lit, are far from the prominent and transparent terms and consumer notices that the Consumer Rights Act requires.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I do have an image of the signage, however not able to post links currently. The text is extremely small on one sign that is high up, this is also the one that has info for disabled patrons. There is other signage throughout the car park, and a tiny ANPR sign on the way in that I haven't even noticed before, only did because I went back to look.

Use an image hosting site (imgur is one such) and post a broken link (hxxps://............) and a regular will fix it for you after checking.

Finally received the POPLA code for this one, been a while. They have also now sent me a PCN reminder offering "a gesture of goodwill advance on the reduced rate of £60" laughable really.

Any advice on next steps, i've submitted a POPLA appeal before but it didnt go overly well honestly and was ultimately rejected.
