It's from 4 years ago so not 100% and I threw my last letter from them in the bin.
Which is why the NEWBIES thread tells you to do a SAR at this stage.  It shows you one.  There is more to do (no riding it out!) and I advised you what to do above, and how to do it and what to say.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No time given to pay. Just respond I  24 hours with phone number and to quote reference number. I think the original amount was 60.00. It's from 4 years ago so not 100% and I threw my last letter from them in the bin. I havent responded to any of the letters just letting it ride out. I'm prepared to go to court if need be. I needed to repost on here just for reassurance really just when you see the threats of removing my goods etc does slightly make you a bit wary. How do they get away with it?
As you can see, DCBL spout rubbish .. they rely on their rubbish TV soap "cant' pay. we'll take it away"  to scare people ...... such disgusting letters should be reported to your MP asking him/her to complain to the SRA

If you get a letter before claim giving 30 days to respond come back here.   DCBL are scamming you, a big no no in the courts but feel sorry for them for sending out complete junk

ask your MP that queston, it wont change until they sort it out

as for the NTK etc , email a SAR to the DPOat the PARKING COMPANY to get all the documents and pictures etc
attach redacted copies of 2 recent utility bills as proof of your I D under the GDPR (DPA) - if not done already

I doubt the original pcn was £60 , morelikely £95 or £100 and reduced to say £60 for early payment , which did not happen

£155 is usually £95 for the pcn and £60 debt recovery costs added to it

they cannot remove goods without a court order signed by a judge, AFTER its been to court , threats mean nothing , its actions and consequences that matter

Hi. Used this forum for the same thing as I'm posting today. I have now received a letter from DCB Legal this one looks a bit more scary than previous ones. I have to pay 155 within 28 days or it will go to county court under section 69. Also interest of 8% will be added and a civil procedure rule 1998. The client is prepared to consider mediation. I have been strongly advised not to ignore and contact a solicitor or citizen advice bureau. Reading this letter I think I'm heading for court. What's my next steps.

Hi. Just found my old post from back in February. I have re_posted on a newbie probably shouldn't have but I couldn't find my original post. I had sent a letter but never heard anything back until this one I recieved yesterday advising me to get a solicitor or to ask citizen advice bureau for advice. I have now been given 30 days with firms on the back to fill in. And the company are up for mediation. On the old previous post someone had commented about updating my new address they have my new address. Just unsure what I need to do now as I have seen another company advertising to wipe this debt off for the sum of 40.00 and 18.00 for a letter so confused as what I am supposed to do. Thinking now I should have just paid the amount. TIA Hazel
