Been to see the house and not really impress for some reason on the pic it looks big but in person it's not that big. So now I don't know what to do lol. We can live in it as it is but we will have to do an extension on it sooner rather than later but how much is that gonna cost me lol
That's the joy of viewings... you instantly realise why it's not for you.
I had a viewing this afternoon I rejected as I walked up the front path... and 20 more things inside. But I hadn't expected to want it, to be fair, I'd only gone out "just in case I was wrong".

Oh yes they are very good at making dog turd look like solid gold lol and I said to her it was on the market last year and it was for £240,000 she said that's not the same house. I was like what!!!! Lol and then I said to her why was it taken off the market she said because they didnt know they had a bit of extra land at the back but then they had to apply for it to get and the person been living there for 25 years. Oh well keep hunting lol0 -

To me, paths are a source for nefarious behaviour, nuisance and interference...
If that's the house's path, belonging to the house, fine.... but if it's a public footpath, where all sorts and his dog could wander freely with and without pets, gangs, shouts, bikes, skateboards and other paraphernalia, at all times of night or day ..... I'd call that a potential for a feral nuisance you'd never have any control over.
If it's a cut through your grass will perpetually be trampled by running hoardes of kids running to/from their mates in the next road/behind... and back... and back... and back/forth.... oh - and they have bikes.
