I suspect the 'safeguard' is there to protect Majesty Slots rather than its customers.

    T&Cs state:

It appears Majesty Slots exercised that right.

Having said that, the whole thing looks rather scammy. I had a quick gander at their website and couldn't find a postal address, where they operate from, who granted their gambling licence or which country's laws they operate under.

Their domain name was registered on 23rd May 2019 and is due to expire on 23rd May 2020. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't renew it. I suspect Majesty Slots is a con, set up to make as much money as quickly as possible before any notices what's happening.

    Some additional info here:

Hibi know of this site and known that it doesn't have UK license and is not regulated by the usual company's the main reason people use this site is because its not currently on the Gamstop ban and will allow any1 to deposit

As for the limits there for security and anti money laundering laws they set this limit effectively so random people can't sign up and win/lose large sums without being verified 80% of the time the can verify without docs using address details electoral roll and other means

The bank won't help you as you willing deposited the money and the credit was spent

On the other hand if you deposited the money and you were never credited the funds they may well Be able to helpb

The problem I have is that there was a limit on my account of 3 deposits a day or 500 euro but they went over that. I didn’t realise until I read email that there was a deposit limit on there. So they shouldn’t have took money
The answer you are looking for is a quoted in post 6
  • And just in case you don't like the answer in post 6, try this one "a fool and his/her money are easily parted"

    Hope this helps.
