I’m not disputing the first 3 deposits totalling 200 euro it’s the other 8 totalling 1600 euro I’m disputing.
How can you dispute something that you made?
Yes, they may have a limit. But it does not give you the right to dispute any payments you made (and probably lost) from them.
You could raise a complaint about the fact they have a limit but do not enforce it.
Given it was in euro's then it is not going to be a UK based co is it?Life in the slow lane0 -

Note that the currency you can gamble in also doesn't determine where the operator is based. There are plenty of outfits which let you gamble in GBP, and they are nowhere near any British jurisdiction, or any UK Gambling Commission operating area.0 -
To me it is plain - the OP has deposited money and lost the lot.
If he had won then the deposit limit would have been triggered by the bookie to stop any payout so it is a lose lose situation.
So will the bank refund him - a resounding NO IMO.
His only hope is that the bookie refunds him - I'll keep an eye out for flying pigs.0 -
Hi guys need your help been recently joined a gambling site and made a 11 deposits in the space of 4 hours totalling 1800 euros only to find out when I checked my emails later that in fact there was a daily deposit limit on my account of three deposits in a day or 500 euro. But the company still let me keep depositing. I’ve contacted the company but heard nothing i feel like I’ve been scammed and don’t know what to do. Is it worth ringing bank to see if they can do anything.
I do sympathise. It sounds like you sorely regret what you gambled, and are now looking for ways to recover it. It's not unusual for problem gamblers to react to a loss like this.
But, you have to realise, the money is gone and there is no way of getting it back. This won't be something the bank can help with, and the gambling company are very unlikely to refund you either - they have no obligation to refund you as far as I know.
You need to talk to https://www.gamcare.org.uk/ or a similar charity, if you are not already in contact with one, and prevent this kind of thing happening again.0 -

He probably won't return because he wasn't scammed.0

So they shouldn’t have took money
They didn't take it. You transferred it. Unfortunately systems aren't that clever to simply reject it.
To accord with their terms of trade. The excess funds deposited should be returned with any bets made void. Expect a deduction to be made for a handling charge.0 -
Have you deposited the €1,800 and gambled and lost it or have some of your deposits not been credited?
If it’s the former then the gambling site look to have ignored the safeguard that they say is in place.
I suspect the 'safeguard' is there to protect Majesty Slots rather than its customers.

It appears Majesty Slots exercised that right.
Having said that, the whole thing looks rather scammy. I had a quick gander at their website and couldn't find a postal address, where they operate from, who granted their gambling licence or which country's laws they operate under.
Their domain name was registered on 23rd May 2019 and is due to expire on 23rd May 2020. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't renew it. I suspect Majesty Slots is a con, set up to make as much money as quickly as possible before any notices what's happening.
Some additional info here:MajestySlots Casino is a new launched online casino in 2019, it is owned and operated by Tall Mountain Limited, a company address in UI. G Rakovski 25 -1202 Sofia, Bulgaria. Majesty Slots is operated under Master License.0
