Today = AoS
By 29th Sep = file defence (nothing to stop you working on this and refining it now, but you do not submit  your defence until close to this date)

Then wait until a hearing is assigned. After that you file Witness Statement, evidence etc.

That is not what is being said.  Today you submit the AoS, then (if you read back several posts) you will see that @KeithP posted on 28 August at 12.48 and said you have until 29 September to submit your defence.  Once again I state that I hope you are not considering putting your defence in the Defence Box on MCOL - nothing goes in there.  Read this thread through again and in particular the instruction posted by @KeithP about how to file a defence.

Quoted and bolded for emphasis ... NOTHING goes in the defence box when doing the AoS, absolutely NOTHING. Not even a dot or a space ...NOTHING. (Anything that is put in the defence box when doing the AoS is your full defence and cannot be changed without paying a fee, so don't fall down that rabbit hole - listen properly to what you're being advised to do).

Thanks for the replies the AoS was filled in as told Nothing was put in defence box think I am round the corner before I get to the bend regards p

Great, so now is the time to compose your defence using the new template, following the instructions to be found in that thread, adjusting paragraphs 17 & 18 to suit your particular circumstances and post here ONLY your paragraphs 17 & 18 for checking.  Of course you edit the bits in RED and then turn them black.
