    I'm afraid the world and his wife most definitely know nothing about anything in the private parking game until they are hit with a PCN. That's why more than 7 million private parking tickets were issued last year. The more intricate elements (like 'not relevant land') is well above their heads. 

    But CEL don't care if one or two of their intended victims rumbles the 'not relevant  land' angle and wriggles off their hook, because there will be tens and tens more who will cough up quite unnecessarily.

    The post to which you wish to refer, simply hit 'Quote' showing at the foot of that post. If you wish to quote part of the post, just delete the superfluous sentences to leave the relevant one(s).
