    When filling in MCOL do I state I need magistrates court the reason  being the land is under statutory control

    I am getting ready to submit my defence for the CCBCAQ do I include this in para 18 of Coupon - mads template defence or send it separately thanks

    do I include this in para 18 of Coupon - mads template defence
    Coupon-mad's template is the Defence, you just have to personalise it at the margins (especially paras 17 and 18)
