Redx said:VCS have lost at Bristol airport and at Brighton airport ( or was it Southend ?? ) on similar issues , so EMA is no surprise either !!
The two cases at Bristol were lost because VCS issued PCNs outside the area they are contracted to "manage".
This EMA case is no different.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2 -
No change, this is what they always do.

I agree Fruitcake but as Coupon-mad suggested hopefully we will be in a position to contest their Claim when the Case is heard by the Court.I feel I have a strong position and am thankful for the support and help from people on this Forum who kindly contribute their thouhts, experience and suggestions. Thanks, also to Coupon-mad for clearing up my confusion about their inflated sum claimed.3
