Notice To Keeper but ignored my appeal

The thrust of the advice on here is only use 2 words , Driver and Keeper
That way the OP is still letting "you guys , and gals" know who did what
No need for the words like "My , Me , Myself & I" , they are not necessary
As this thread gets longer , a parking company could work out who did what as inadvertently the OP reveals more details
The Driver drove on the day
The Keeper received all the paperwork
The Keeper has appealed etc0 -
I know, I know. It's a minefield out there! I am doing my best to keep everything non-specific in terms of who, what, where and when. KeithP: your point is valid of course, although DoaM has it correct (for now). It's easy, I'm sure, to slip up and give oneself away. Do they really have nothing better to do than endlessly go through these posts looking for clues? That's quite a depressing thought...0

Afternoon all. So, unsurprisingly, five weeks or so after my appeal, I recently received a follow up from those good people at UKPC turning down said appeal, as the signage at that site is 'sufficient'. My next step is, of course, going down the POPLA road - even though doing so means I can no longer pay the reduced rate fine - which seems a bit much! Anyway, my main point would be that the driver on the day has confirmed that there was definitely no ticket on the windscreen upon their return - despite the photos provided by UKPC - probably due to the horrendous weather conditions that day resulting in the unsecured PCN (not tucked under the wiper, just optimistically stuck in the middle of the glass, apparently) simply blowing away! Is this a reasonable protest, or do POPLA tend to side with the parking companies?0

This is ONE of the points you raise in a POPLA appeal. You have many more.2
