Today is the monthly free trade day, monthly dividends and regular payment will be invested today.
As I'll be at an actual office today for a meeting, I'll have to wait to this evening to find out how I got on...
I like to login through out the day and see what's gone through when.
Bit like watching a race, I like guessing what will be bought next.
I generally top up the same investments, free trading seems to buy them in a random order.

Rain stopped play on finishing the door, which I'm beginning to hate.
But will obviously love it once done.

Bought some polycarbonate panels to replace our pegoda roof.
The previous one was a rush matting type thing that the neighborhood cats used as a sun bed, and unfortunately destroyed. Hopefully this will last a bit longer.

  • Wanted to stop by and be another supporter of your fantastic plans. Looks like everything is covered and you've a clear direction for both of you.

It's well worth your trips to WY for bulk supplies, I've not yet found another Chinese wholesalers to come anywhere near what they have.

    Thanks @MovingForwards and @savingholmes.

The door is my current nemesis...🙄

I'm debating what to do with my car pot.
I'm lucky that I can save up and trade in for a new one every 3 years or so (if I wanted to).

It's currently in a low interest rate account and I'm debating whether to move it into PB.
I could put it in a slightly better paying savings account, but they're all pretty rubbish, as I really need it in an instant access account, rather than a notice account.

Went to see a customer yesterday, most exciting part was that my tw1x melted...
Had to spend an hour in the fridge when I got home.

  • Find a regular saver, most times the money can be withdrawn. Only downside is there's a maximum amount that can be paid in each month.

V1rgin current account pays 2.02% on £1k balance. Their coach account is 1.75% max £250pm. Have a look through on savings board, there's a long running thread with all the good accounts, you only need to keep an eye on the first few pages as the one person keeps it updated each week.

Hope you created a new shape before setting the chocolate 😃

    Thanks MF.

I may need a few regular savers, as I've got over 3 years of car pot, I'll have a look on the savings board.

It was like a curly wurly, but with a biscuit core. 😁
Not had one in years, wonder if they still make them?
