This is incredible, the photos are awful as is the interior. The price is nuts, the house at the back in much better condition is on for 200k less. Looks like they may be renovating but no mention.
It is not on with a local agent, looks like a DIY online shop. Whoever posted this is a complete idiot6 -
Not just the location, Tindale Towers is one of those houses built with such singularity of vision that it will never appeal to anyone except the man who commissioned it. The annual bills for heating, lighting, cleaning and maintenance will run to tens of thousands. Those who can afford to run the place won't buy it for the reasons of where it is, the architectural quirks and low standards of interior fitment. Those who might want it, the dreamers and the naïve, can't afford to buy or run it. It's no surprise that the raffle was a failure. I wouldn't want the house if you gave it to me. Or I might, but that's another matter...Green_hopeful said:
It has quite a lot of coverage in the papers and its own Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/tindaletowers/ Where you could win it for £25. Having looked at street view and the satellite map perhaps the location isn’t the best with a tyre place and the civic amenity site as neighbours.Patr100 said:
What does one do with a property like Tindale Towers? A possible answer might be conversion to commercial use. It probably wouldn't do as a budget hotel, despite looking like one inside, and there is already such a thing over the road. Offices or business centre? Possibly, although parking might be an issue.
I hate to say it, but the most sensible thing would be to raze Tindale Towers to the ground and build a few executive class semis. Even they would need to be sold at significant discount owing to the main road and civic amenity point.

The description is so out of step with the photos that I'm inclined to think that it's some form of p*&s take. Though I can't think why.....SallyDucati said:
