Certainly depressing but for sale purposes, there is no legal definition of what a "bedroom" is, either size or having a window but other rental regulations may apply to make the overall occupancy too crowded.FreeBear said:Patr100 said:
Is that five fridges in the kitchen? One for each tenant?FreeBear said:

https://propertyindustryeye.com/estate-agent-pictures-sleeping-tenant-in-house-for-sale/Looks like it.Revisiting the listing, it is just a 3 bed property, and one of the bedrooms measures just 2.07m by 2.07m - Way too small for an adult occupant, and with the two ground floor reception rooms being used as bedrooms, I wonder if that small room is even legal.Quite depressing really.0 -

Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

A room that is only 4.64m² is a human rights violation.FreeBear said:Patr100 said:

Caravan, skip, and feature bathroom conveniently located for the bedrooms.
Also absolutely no issues about access, oh no.

It has quite a lot of coverage in the papers and its own Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/tindaletowers/ Where you could win it for £25. Having looked at street view and the satellite map perhaps the location isn’t the best with a tyre place and the civic amenity site as neighbours.Patr100 said:0 -
