Spot the EA and the fancypants twin shower!
Mapperley Plains, Mapperley, Nottingham NG3, 5 bedroom detached house for sale - 65200312 | PrimeLocation
If you have nothing constructive to say just move along.1 -
Among many things in that house, I think the second sink in the bathroom in picture 16/24 is so weird and unnecessary. I just don't understand what use or value it adds? I'm sure everyone would just use the first sink rather than squeezing between the toilet and shower to get to the second one.machasraven said:just a little bit of no taste

It looks lovely, BUT EPC E47, it will be a money pit to heat, and a money pit is so many ways going forwards as we try and make all buildings carbon neutral. That is a VERY poor candidate for that sort of upgrade.SuzeQStan said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/137521949Taxidermy, teddy bear picnic, zoo breakout?
I would love to get my hands on this one - what that garden could become….
Sadly I think the best thing that can become is a building site for perhaps 4 nice new modern well insulated carbon neutral homes.
Noooooooo!!!!!
The house is wonderful as is the garden! That would be a terrible outcome....
