Funny tiny little house, barely 30 square metres in total, all in one kitchen / living / dining downstairs and the strange shower location. That will !!!!!! putting many sockets in the bedroom (must be 3 metres away from the shower)jm475 said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/133051451#/?channel=RES_BUY
Unusual place for a shower?
The toilet is downstairs and the shower upstairs (usually in the bedroom wardrobe)2 -
There are lots of them with the shower in the bedroom in the sold houses. I have stayed in a motel in France with the bathroom under the bedroom and a ladder type stairs but that was a whole bathroom.ProDave said:

Why are they so small? The roof is completely unnecessary and means you get that stupid layout. Bizarre.3 -
Quite. If it had been built as a proper 2 storey house with 2 floors occupying the whole footprint there would have comfortably been room for a decent normal upstairs bathroom. I bet building it like that did not actually save any money, it just made it a less good house.[Deleted User] said:jm475 said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/133051451#/?channel=RES_BUY

Also blocks the view of the outdoor carpet. In all, quite a nasty addition.silvercar said:

Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –
