Not sure about that one.  It seems to have an inordinate amount of marooned land, i.e. with no proper access, behind it.  Maintaining all that without means to get proper machinery out there will quickly become rather tedious, as will having to drag industrial sized quantities of grass clippings and the like through a pedestrian side gate.  It would all be perfectly viable if there was a proper front to back drive, but there isn't. 

I appreciate that there might be a right of access across the paddock behind the rear garden, but those can be a bit naff.  You'd want the real deal.

Apart from the fact it's leasehold? Although I gather a lot of houses in the area will be leasehold?

What, you don't think the "door" at the bottom of the stairs constitutes adequate fire protection?!

To be fair, it looks like a pretty ancient alteration anyway so goodness knows what BRs would have applied.

 Grass clippings? That's what compost heaps are for.
