What I find strange is the occupant of that house has generally kept the inside of the house nice and clean and tidy, but every day looks out on a completely overgrown garden and does not do any basic gardening to keep the garden looking nice.savalittle. said:What a lovely bathroom suite in picture 12 https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/126868487#/?channel=RES_BUY
probably someone came in to clean but not garden regularly.
Spare beds may be for family visitors or even live in carers.3 -

No onward chain, probate or person has moved into a home. Family has come in and tidied the house if / where necessary for marketing but not got to the garden yet.ProDave said:

I agree. Someone who's struggled on in their home because they weren't sick enough or too poor/proud/stubborn for a care home, or didn't have family to give proper help - they finally pass, the house goes up on rightmove and people on here say "ooh look at the colour of that bathroom!" or "my god how busy is the carpet!".Woolsery said:picky123 said:Nice House
3 bedroom bungalow for sale in The Warren, Cromer, NR27 (rightmove.co.uk)
I wonder at what stage of the sales process the estate agent drops this into the conversation
Cromer deaths: Bodies of husband and wife in their 80s found in house - BBC NewsThe house looks well up-together and it's unlikely the owners were penniless, so for whatever reason their lives ended, it looks like a decision arrived at consciously. It's less depressing than the houses one sees where an owner has obviously struggled in the final phase of their independent life, attempting to live through severe mental and/or physical adversity.
Makes my soul weep.Shout out to people who don't know what the opposite of in is.3 -

Think I may have my washing machine in the bedroom as well. Start a trend.

Looks like almost certainly a non building regs compliant, probably DIY "loft conversion" that has rendered bedroom 2 as no longer a bedroom and neither is the new "loft room"turnitround said:Very strange upstairs layout2 bedroom terraced house for sale in Ingham Street, Leigh, Greater Manchester. I foresee problems for the seller and the work done has probably devalued the house.1
