It wouldn't bother me - mind you, I grew up in a house which was at least 300 years old so it's a fairly safe bet that people had died there, and I think something like this where it's an eldery couple it's more sad than anything else.
I would mbe more wary if it had been a murder alone, I think, becuase of the possibility of ghoulish rubberneckers and the small possibility of whoever was responsible or their mates feeling they had unfinished business.
I'd be more than happy to be next to a cemetary or graveyard - nice quiet neighbours, very small risk of development, and plenty of wildlife. If I am ever rich then a former vicarage next to a church would be my ideal home! All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)2 -
arthurdick said:This could be a lovely house, it does need a little bit of decluttering though, i think an antique dealer or clock collector would love to look around, if you explore around this house, you will see maybe the occupant or two?. I ain't spotted any cats yet but there is so much to see.https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=HuLLK7YKn8M

I live in a bungalow that's 65 years old and generally gets sold/probate every 5-10 years. I'd be absolutely shocked if some of the previous residents hadn't actually died here, suicide/murder or not - it makes little difference. If the neighbours think less of me for buying that house, it would frankly be their problem.1 -
