It could be rendered.  I wouldn't accept a rendered house if I wanted brick, but then I wouldn't be buying from the likes of P*rs*mmon in the first place.

I couldn't live with rendered if I knew that was under it. I'd also be insisting on a full survey to find what else they screwed up.

What is the context re the rest of the building?

That looks like an ex commercial kitchen, still with all the extract ducts, but the commercial kitchen stripped out and replaced with domestic units?

Rooms to let in a shared property. The available seems to have the lower half of the window blocked. It appears to be first floor and I think on a road with lots of businesses so probably above one

The harp is certainly a lot more up market than a couple of guitars. At £16M, a tad outside my price bracket too. Nice cat though.

That's nothing! There is one on for £62,500,000. There's one that is POA  and another with only 2 photos for £124,995,000.00!! 

They are all slightly out of my price range too.
