Sadly the wine shop isn't there anymore, but you're now very handily located for a hairdresser. You're across the road from the lovely independent cinema, and there's a good Indian 50 yards away. You never need to worry about driving home from a night out.

The floor plan suggests there just might be a sliding pocket door to the en-suite. I would hope so.Dandie89 said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/126192329

"Cosmetic" improvements required (such as the removal of the bathroom ceiling from the bath) but on the plus side you get plenty of tasteful knick knacks included. And check out the virtual tour to admire the impressive mound of mail behind the door - all the fast food menus you could dream of.

If a friend hadn't introduced me to the term "pocket door" just 3 weeks ago I would have had no idea what it meant!ProDave said:

pic 14 shows the edge of it and it looks like frosted glass. A suboptimal solution IMO, had the toilet not been head on frosted may have been ok, but as it is I would want a fully opaque door.ProDave said:

Some people don't care.A friend of ours' parent who is a builder has an entirely open-plan en-suite in their bedroom. He and his wife don't see the issue. To be fair, they were also the kind of people that as kids were happy to walk around the house naked, even if other families were there. We're not all the same, I guess.2 -
