Know the Blea Moor cottage and it looks like someone has recently replaced the windows from the pictures.
I spent an interesting holiday on Enlii Essential Information | enlli (bardsey.org)
Each property had a 1000 litre rain water storage container outside, which was the main source of water, a single spring water tap over the kitchen sink which wasn't potable and a Berkefield type water filter. Plus an LPG cooker and fridge, although they now use solar for the latter.
They've now put in multi-fuel stoves as well.
You need to think; what needs potable water like teeth-cleaning and what can be boiled so use rain or spring water.
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing2 -

So many 'features' - the (golden) arches partition, the pine and louvre wardrobe, the window from the stairs into the bedroom, the pelmets and tasselled lampshades. Oh, and little holes in the kitchen and bathroom ceilings.
