My mother had this. She added patio windows to the one which stuck out from the back of the house and used it as her art studio. The buyer when she sold kept his Ferrari in there - I suppose he could admire it from the hot-tub he placed on the patio.

Yes, definately go for the cheaper version

I'm facinated by those field strips, though, with the semi circular hedging at the end.  I can't imagine what that is all about.

Seems bizarre to me as the front of the house is ok. The angling of the master bedroom photo makes it look tiny, it's small I know but the photo makes it look even worse IMO.
