If you go round the house on the virtual tour, the stair carpet looks grubby. In fact the house looks a lot grubbier on the tour than in the photos.t1redmonkey said:

It's a washlet, essentially a high pressure hose for wet cleaning of one's posterior in lieu of toilet paper. They are quite popular on the Indian subcontinent, the Middle East and other places. That's a lot of wedge for a property that doesn't look in tip top condition. The owners seem to have gone for the modern colourful look, but looking at the bare bones, the kitchen looks old and tired and the swimming pool looks neglected. Not for me.0 -

I like that a lot. It's obviously on the way down and needs much moolah thrown in its direction, but it's a lovely house. There's a sniff of 'previous owner doing serious porridge after motorway maintenance dug up that unassuming patch of concrete', but it's truly luxurious and welcoming in a way that lots of modern homes aren't. Here is another that needs some TLC and money thrown at it. I love the double front doors. Not so keen on the profiled ceilings and the portrait in the bathroom!
