To be fair, they do say "perfect for those who enjoy water sports with great scope for paddle boarding"...

I'm normally suspicious of a listing when the first picture is not of the front of the house. In this case, I would have made an exception. Did the housebuilder run out of glass ?

For bonus points, the map points to a completely different Skylark close, about 15 miles away from the one it should have.

I'm loving the blurb too. You'll be delighted to find a kitchen with storage space and an integrated fridge. I also like the way the EA 'doesn't just list houses- we sell them! '

Looks too small for a car, but otherwise it's a very nice property. They have access to the B4RN network too, so can get 1000/1000 fibre broadband. Usually rural places can only get rubbish broadband so WFH is difficult, but not there.

No wonder they are asking silly money for it.
