Yes, it's quite restrained for Glastonbury, although I am intrigued as to which of the bedrooms are in the annex, and how much warning they give prospetive renters!Woolsery said:I like the Lepidopterous Pic 4
Just spotted it's Glastonbury. I expect half the house is on the wrong side of a ley line. Nothing someone with a crystal divination set couldn't sort out over a weekend.
Mind you, if it is on the wrong side of a ley-line it'd take much more than a crystal to sort that out! LeyLines is powerful strong round that way.!All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)1 -
If someone is really living in that (the tv is on) then that has to be the worst "occupied" property I have seen. I would NOT be wanting to keep the tenant.Tea_Pea_Dee said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/123449927#/?channel=RES_BUY
Anyone fancy a Yazoo Milkshake? Picture 6.

I suspect the tenant might be the only person who'd want to live there though!ProDave said:

Can you imagine how awkward that would be if you were the estate agent/photographer and the tenant was there? They open the door and are like "Sorry about the mess it's a bit dirty". Estate agent: "Oh I'm sure it's fine, I've seen all sorts". He steps in to the Yazoo filled living room. "Actually no, this is the worst I've ever seen!".Tea_Pea_Dee said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/123449927#/?channel=RES_BUY

A holiday lodge - complete with furniture.

I liked that until I saw pic 55Gers said:A holiday lodge - complete with furniture.Love living in a village in the country side4 -
Why would anyone pay half a million £££ for a twin unit static caravan on a caravan site that probably comes with site charges and has a limited lifetime on the site.Gers said:A holiday lodge - complete with furniture.
Look up the actual cost of an off site new twin unit static caravan. You are paying a LOT to RENT a pitch on a caravan site.
Changing a few words to avoid using caravan and site does not make it worth more.6 -
If they think they need 55 pictures, that's a red flag straight away!in_my_wellies said:

It does seem a pretty absurd price. Here's an example of something else nearby you could get for the same money (even if lochside views are an essential):ProDave said:
