Possibly a Highways issue. The access out onto the duel carriageway looks pretty hair raising so maybe not keen on even more traffic using it.TBagpuss said:

That is a little piece of the 1970s. Including the leaky flat roof.Sadly it is right next to the A443 so not even worth buying and flattening.3
