It's an amazing house with fascinating history but they've very carefully taken the pictures so it is not obvious that it's right on a busy, narrow road. For a long time it used to have a fake speed camera in the garden but I think they were made to remove it as it wasn't there last time I passed.Kyrae said:Wow, what an amazing piece of history, built in 1460. Love what they've done with it!!

I don't think it has any parking, either, and the road is too narrow for on street parking. I seem to recall it was on the market last year so wonder whether they have struggled to find a buyer. All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)4 -
Street view shows a car in the narrow space just outside the house and there is a dropped pavement in front of the coach house doors but it would be a nightmare driving in an out with the bend in the road just ahead.TBagpuss said:

There appear to be sinks all over the place, former HMO by the looks of things. I'm more concerned by the fact that there seems to be a huge PVC skirt floating in mid air in one of the bedrooms.jennyred said:picture 13 - is that a sink in the hallway????1 -

This is a very strange bedroom layout. Struggling to understand how that would work functionally. (Amazing grounds though).3 -
I want to know what came first. The cupboard doors, or the oven!Obviously_the_best said:1 -
It's all really nice. I'd happily live in it as is, although would require the vendor to throw in the Merc as part of purchase negotiation.Obviously_the_best said:0
