It's an amazing house with fascinating history but they've very carefully taken the pictures so it is not obvious that it's right on a busy, narrow road. For a long time it used to have a fake speed camera in the garden but I think they were made to remove it as it wasn't there last time I passed.

I don't think it has any parking, either, and the road is too narrow for on street parking. I seem to recall it was on the market last year so wonder whether they have struggled to find a buyer.

Street view shows a car in the narrow space just outside the house and there is a dropped pavement in front of the coach house doors but it would be a nightmare driving in an out with the bend in the road just ahead.

It's sorted of an amalgamation of the best parts of 3 properties we looked at during our searches.

There appear to be sinks all over the place, former HMO by the looks of things.  I'm more concerned by the fact that there seems to be a huge PVC skirt floating in mid air in one of the bedrooms.

This is a very strange bedroom layout. Struggling to understand how that would work functionally. (Amazing grounds though).

It's all really nice.  I'd happily live in it as is, although would require the vendor to throw in the Merc as part of purchase negotiation.
